The pilot project was launched on October 22, 2024, with 25 high-performing staff members who have demonstrated significant potential and capacity. Through a carefully curated blend of workshops, one-on-one coaching, and real-world experiences, participants will gain invaluable insights and practical tools to excel in their roles and beyond. To make the programme practical and personalized, it is tailored to each individual and will continue for six months.
